Sessions focus on strategic leadership, practical applications, and business outcomes rather than coding or technical implementation. You learn how to lead AI initiatives, set priorities, and guide your team without needing to build AI tools yourself.
Forum discussions are completely confidential. What members share in a session stays in the forum. This confidentiality creates the psychological safety executives need to talk honestly about AI challenges, failed experiments, and open questions with peers who face similar decisions in their own businesses.

No. The forum is reserved for senior decision-makers, and the discussions are calibrated for C-suite executives. Your team does get involved during the program. Month 5 focuses on building your internal AI Champions Network, which is when you engage team members to drive AI adoption across your organization.
After 6 months, you can continue with a monthly membership that you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Many executives stay for the peer network and ongoing AI updates. Members can also move into WSI's AI Adoption Roadmap and implementation services for hands-on support with next steps.
